Sky Bar Steak & Sushi is a proud member of the Galveston Restaurant Group (GRG), a locally owned and operated collection of restaurants founded by brothers Johnny and Joey Smecca, along with their partner Danny Hart. After Hurricane Ike, Sky Bar Steak & Sushi emerged stronger than ever, unveiling a bold and vibrant renovation that perfectly matches its outstanding food and service. Our diverse menu offers something for everyone, from innovative and artfully crafted sushi rolls to premium Certified Angus Beef® steaks, along with a variety of enticing options for non-sushi lovers and vegetarians. Take in the energy of our skilled chefs at the granite sushi bar as they create sushi and sashimi masterpieces right before your eyes.
We are honored to have been recognized for Best Sushi, Best Happy Hour, Best Martini, and Best Asian Food in Galveston. Our Happy Hour is a focal point of the Sky Bar experience, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy our award-winning martinis, sushi by the piece, and delicious appetizers in a fun, eclectic atmosphere. Join us for Happy Hour from 5-10 pm Monday through Thursday, 5-11 pm on Friday, and 9-11 pm every Saturday.
